At LCGC, we run Women's Artistic and GFA (Gymnastics For All) squad groups. Our squads train for a number of hours a week, and follow designed training programmes. This includes strengthening and conditioning, flexibility training and working towards their respective county and regional levels at which they compete. Gymnasts are invited to attend these sessions via a trial and are assessed according to skill potential and acquisition according to their age range and the level of squad they are invited to.

All of our members are required to pay a club Annual Membership Fee, as well as having British Gymnastics Insurance. British Gymnastics Insurance includes the necessary insurance cover for all participants and is a requirement for taking part in any of our sessions. Please see prices below:

LCGC Annual Membership: January - June: £30.00, June - September: £15.00, September - December: £7.50 (Renews annually, every February)
British Gymnastics Insurance: Competitive -£60.00 (Renews annually on your joining anniversary). ​​
