We run recreational and advanced training classes six days a week, supporting children to reach their full gymnastics potential. All of our sessions are run by qualified British Gymnastics coaches.

Gymnasts will participate in an active warm up, then move around the apparatus where they will try different set ups to help learn new skills. These sessions have great physical benefits, including improving balance and co-ordination. Not only do our gymnasts learn the fundamentals and basics of gymnastics, our classes increase children's confidence and build self-pride through their achievements.
